Questions about the lair project or the analyses presented on this site should be posted on the kallisto-sleuth users Google group.

If you would like to see the RNA-Seq data in a published paper included in the lair project please submit a pull request at bears_analyses. The request should include properly formatted config.json (example) and study design matrix (example) files, an ENSEMBL transcriptome specification, as well as the doi of the paper where the data appears. Please note that for data from a publication to be included the reads must be available on the short read archive.
